Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective stickers intact.
- Try footwear on a clean, soft surface to avoid sole marks. Any wear, creasing, or residue may make the item ineligible.
- We can only accept returns from the original purchaser and delivery address used at checkout.
Return window and methods
- Return period: 30 days from the date your order shows as delivered.
- Method: Prepaid return by mail (U.S.). International returns by mail at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We currently do not offer in-person returns.
How to start a return
- Locate your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Complete the Return Request form below to receive instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label (U.S.).
- Pack your item securely in the original box with all accessories and paperwork.
- Affix the label and drop off with the indicated carrier.
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange for a different size or color on in-stock items within 30 days.
- To secure availability, we may process the exchange as a new order and refund your original item once received and inspected.
Refunds
- Once your return is delivered, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection.
- Approved refunds typically post 3–7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- If a return shows signs of wear or missing components, a restocking adjustment may apply or the item may be returned to you.
Return shipping & fees
- U.S. returns: Free prepaid label provided for eligible items within 30 days.
- International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your refund is confirmed.
Non-returnable items
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at checkout).
- Personalized or monogrammed products.
- Used, worn, or altered items.
- Gift cards.
Packaging requirements
- Include original shoe box, dust bags, tags, care cards, and any accessories.
- Place the shoe box inside a protective shipping carton; do not ship using only the product box.
- Use the provided return label and remove/cover old labels.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and labels.
- We will prioritize a replacement or offer a prepaid return and full refund.

Holiday and promotional periods
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided they meet all other eligibility criteria.
